ORBIS is the only multi-process manufacturer in the industry, offering over 40 different stock
pallet and top cap styles in multiple footprints.
High Quality Process
Our pallets are manufactured in a variety of processes to provide the highest quality product to serve your application needs. These include structural foam and single and twin sheet thermoforming. Structural foammolding produces a solid, non-hollow deck that provides greater strength, cleanability and less deflection than thermoforming. Injection molding provides a solid wall, solid core, lightweight part that provides superior impact resistance and accurate tolerances. Single and twin sheet thermoformed parts are light in weight, impact resistant and manufactured from high-molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE). All pallets can be manufactured with FDA approved materials with minimum order quantities.
Diverse Configurations
Our pallets are available in single deck or double deck styles. Compatible top caps and seat belt systems are also offered.
Single deck (Convoy I) Pallets are nestable with nearly a 4 to 1 ratio. Convoy I pallets reduce costs by saving warehouse and shipping space.
Double deck (Convoy II) Pallets are ideal for stack loading and for use in unsupported pallet racks. Convoy II pallets are compatible with a broad range of conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment. ORBIS offers Convoy II pallets in two versions: one-piece and two-piece assembled configurations.
Compatible top caps are available to protect and secure pallet loads. The legs of the upper pallet fit into the pockets of the top cap for positive, stable stacking.
Seat belt systems attach to the pallet and top cap to secure the pallet load. The seat belt system eliminates the use of banding, stretch wrapping, and associated machinery, while reducing labor costs.
Convoy/Pallet

The 36 x 48 pallet is a lightweight thermoformed pallet that can be used in a wide
variety of applications and is ideal for use in narrow aisles or assembly line
presentations.
Display Pallets - The First Plastic Pallet Designed for In-Store Display
This display pallet comes complete with a nine-position sign-post holding system snapped in place, making it a versatile store fixture and marketing tool . Its totally flat, smooth surface allows you to easily set up displays in your warehouse and move them to the sales floor, saving time and valuable storage space. Custom-cut sizes are also available.

Dairy Pallets: Specifically Designed For - and By - the Dairy Industry
The Dairy Pallet is structurally foam-molded from heavy-duty HDPE, so it won't crack, deflect, rot, or splinter like wood. With a weight of 40 pounds, wet or dry, it surpasses OSHA's guidelines. The Dairy Pallet is easy to clean, won't harbor bacteria or contaminants, and can be molded with optional drain holes. The 40" x 40" x 5" 3-stringer design is compatible with most automated equipment and dairy systems and is available in a reinforced version for rackability up to 2,600 pounds. Other options include a beveled lip to prevent load shifting, and an interlocking design to save space and add stability during shipping.

Bottom Deck Pallets feature true four-way entry for
forklift or pallet jack access from any direction. The strong, solid bottom deck
distributes load weight evenly, and doubles as a slave space for double stacking.
This pallet is ideal for use on roller conveyors and many types of cross-rail systems.

The Nestable Pallet is the most versatile

today. Loaded with features to meet all your manufacturing, warehouse
and shipping needs, the Nestable pallet offers true four-way entry for forklift or pallet
jack access. And, the optional foot covers allow for a totally smooth surface.
While using up 67% less storage space because of its unique nestable design, the Nestable
reduces warehouse requirements and boosts cost efficiency on return shipments in
closed-loop systems.

Finished Goods Pallets are a great product that keeps getting even better. These sturdy one-piece pallets are designed to last without need for replacement parts. They feature totally encapsulated leg cavities that prevent collection and spread of contaminants - and, facilitate cleaning. Also, the legs have been rounded to make them easier to enter, and reduce potential for damage. And, the forklift/pallet jack entries have been enlarged to improve access. Plus, we've even improved the small details - like enlarging the area for bar coding and customer I.D.

45 x 48: AIAG-Standardized To Maximize Trailer Cube-Out
The 45 x 48 Pallet and Cover system provides a cost-effective,
versatile solution for storage and shipment of products and parts. These
heavy-duty systems are one-piece structural foam-molded for exceptional durability.
The double-face design allows for use with most automated systems and conveyors.
Optional built-in load restraints further increase the system's usefulness and
flexibility. The pallet is designed to the AIAG standard 45 x 45 footprint, allowing
the system to be compatible with all types of tote containers and material handling
trays. Components nest when not in use for space-saving storage and return.

Light-Duty
Pallets provide the right combination of
lightweight construction and durable performance for the transport and storage of
lighter-weight loads such as paper and foam cups, medical supplies and snack foods.
Its double-face design makes the Light-Duty Pallet well suited to conveyors and other
automated equipment applications. Molded of High-Density Polyethylene, the
Light-Duty Pallet is impervious to water, dirt, bacteria and other contaminants. It
features double-tapered entry ports for ease of use with forklifts or pallet jacks.
