Top Deck: Either a single sheet of triple wall corrugated or a combination of double and/or single wall corrugated is glued directly to the top surface of the wound cores. The Top Deck has a smooth, solid surface. It is free of gaps, splinters, staples and nails that can cause costly product damage or injure personnel.
Corrugated Cores: The unique shape and location of the cores used offer several important advantages. They are position to allow true 4-way entry. This feature accommodates forklifts and pallet jacks from all 4 sides allowing easy entry and exit. The thick cores also provide maximum load-bearing surface areas for increased stacking support, each with over 3500 lbs. of dynamic compression!

Bottom Deck: The bottom deck's rigid construction maximizes pallet performance. Its unique features include pallet jack holes and patented die-cut core-lock flaps.
Patented Core Locks: Deck flaps are securely glued inside of cores for added rigidity.
